Since becoming a Christian, my prayer has been to give my life to God in gratefulness for His great love for me. Joining a Bible study while in college, intensified that desire. But I graduated from college with no clear direction about what to do and where to go.

The next two years after graduation was a time of testing as I struggled between my desire to serve God and help my family. Until I let go, allowing the Lord to have His way, I was miserable.

Three days after, God miraculously led me to Child Evangelism Fellowship of the Philippines. Getting to the CEF office, I felt a peaceful assurance this was where I belonged, even before someone could share with me about CEF ministry. That was July 1985. The rest is history – a story of God's faithfulness to me just like to everyone who decides to obey His call.

In 2001, God placed another prayer in my heart, that well known Prayer of Jabez "… enlarge my territory …". The following year, Asia Pacific Regional Director Rev Tan Cheng Huat came to the Philippines and asked me to consider in prayer joining the AP Team.

I marveled at God's ways, thinking this must be His answer. Praying some more, I sought the Lord's direction and knew in my heart this was His will for me. I officially joined the region in June 2002 in a commissioning service at the CEF Philippines headquarters.
